The workshop will be a rare blend of Alexander Technique applied to Yoga. Alexander Technique offers the opportunity to perceive the body and mind from a different perspective and thus a pathway into an enriched practice. We will learn by moving, observing, thinking, reflecting, discussing and of course practicing.

About Greg

Greg teaches with joy and laughter – always seeking positive experiences. Greg has been observing movement for over 30 years. He has a Masters degree in movement science.

Greg is Training Director at Sydney Alexander Technique and Associate Director of training at the Body Chance Schools in Japan.

About Jacqui

Jacqui has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. Jacqui has active research interests in somatic methods (Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, Laban Movement Analysis and Bartenieff Fundamentals). Jacqui is a Dance Lecturer and Associate Dean at Australian College of Physical Education (ACPE).

Jacqui offers a depth and wealth of body learning and is a calm, welcoming & inspiring teacher. You will enjoy learning with her.
