Anyone can become an Alexander Technique Teacher!

Three years of part-time immersion in the principles and practise of the Alexander Technique, located in St Leonards, Sydney. Graduating as a teaching member of the Australian Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique. Directors Greg Holdaway and Alan Capel are assisted by local teachers and regular international guest teachers.

The training is accredited by the Australian Society of Alexander Teachers (AUSTAT Inc.) and the Directors are also sponsoring members of Alexander Technique International (ATI Inc.).

Alexander Technique & Qi Gong with Penelope Carr (archived)

Come learn a unique combination of the principles of the Alexander Technique with basic Qi Gong movements.  We will do a series of dynamic exercises that focus your mind and breath.  Your awareness of your body and internal energy flows will be enhanced.

Alexander Technique teaches you to use yourself better. With natural body alignment you will experience improved overall functioning and well-being.

Qi Gong practice works on building, harmonising and circulating your body’s internal energy.  You can learn to put your health back in your own hands and ‘recharge your battery’.

Beginners most welcome.
