WHAT IS BODYMINDED TRAINING ALL ABOUT?

The BodyMinded Training Program is a unique blend of the study of human movement integrated with the practical application of Alexander Technique principles. The core principle explored throughout this program is Mind-Body Unity, in which every action is an action of the whole-self. We engage with the anatomy and biomechanics of actions in detail over 12 months, with practical support for learning and improvements in personal practise and teaching skills.

Ultimately, BodyMinded supports improving mindfulness of the whole-self in professional practise into the future leading to ongoing enhancement of the quality of your body’s coordination and your capacity to teach.

Our BodyMinded training program is appropriate and effective in many kinds of professional application such as: music teaching, musical performance, acting, yoga practice, yoga teaching, massage professional practice, meditation and martial arts teachers. It is also beneficial for those looking to recovery from injury, relieve back or neck pain, or for those simply looking to replace bad habits with healthier ones.
