We are opening up the doors for this class. Please come along and gain personal insight into how Greg teaches and the fabulous learning environment we create.
The learning is collaborative, supportive and there is plenty of laughter too!
Open to anyone interested in finding out more and having a practical experience of Posture Fitness, Alexander Technique.
