Our Posture Fitness coaching is designed to suit your individual posture needs.

Working with your teacher, you will develop healthy and comfortable habits for your posture for any type of activities, everyday tasks or specialised activities (like singing, dancing, golf, surfing, yoga etc). This coaching is great introduction to the foundations of Alexander Technique principles.


  • Learn the basics of good dynamic posture
  • Learn how to listen and cooperate with your body
  • Increased awareness of your thoughts and movements
  • Learn ways to avoid back pain, neck pain, overuse injuries and carrying loads safely (your shopping for example)
  • Familiarise yourself with the foundations of the Alexander Technique principles


Posture Fitness coaching is for everyone! Whether you are looking for pain relief, improved posture and balance, improved coordination and movement or are just plain curious about Alexander Technique, this is the perfect introductory class.


When: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and some weekend appointment available
